The Role
We are looking for a self-driven, commercially minded and passionate team player to lead and further develop the Personal
Workspace Solutions (PWS) and Logitech for Business (L4B/B2B) categories across the NSC region.
The role is part of the NSC Central Team, supporting Latin America excluding Mexico and Brazil, and works closely with Portfolio
Management, Go-to-Market leads across online and offline channels, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and in-country
teams.
This is a highly cross-functional role combining category strategy, commercial execution, portfolio management and business
analytics. The Category Marketing Manager will translate regional and global strategies into actionable market plans while
identifying local opportunities to accelerate revenue, profitability and market-share growth.
The role offers significant exposure to product innovation, technology, market and competitive insights, channel dynamics and
new business opportunities—all within Logitech’s collaborative, inclusive and fast-moving culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Category Strategy & Business Ownership
  • Own the PWS and L4B/B2B category performance and P&L, driving revenue, profitability, market share and sustainable growth across NSC.
  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with LATAM priorities while adapting plans to the realities and opportunities of individual NSC markets.
  • Act as the central point of contact between the NSC region and LATAM Central teams for PWS and L4B/B2B categories.
  • Identify growth opportunities across countries, channels, customer segments and product categories.
  • Monitor category KPIs and business performance, proactively identifying risks, gaps and corrective actions.
  • Support quarterly and annual business planning, providing category insights, priorities and growth recommendations.
  • Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Management
  • Lead the regional execution of Go-to-Market strategies and product launches, ensuring the right assortment, placement, pricing, channel readiness and market activation.
  • Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) across NSC markets, accelerating product ramp-up and adoption while maximizing launch impact.
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Sales and Supply Chain to optimize forecasting by category, product segment and market.
  • Manage product lifecycle transitions and End-of-Life (EOL) strategies to minimize revenue gaps, excess inventory and portfolio disruption.
  • Continuously evaluate portfolio performance and recommend assortment optimization based on market demand, profitability, competitive dynamics and channel opportunities.
  • Pricing, Profitability & Commercial Strategy
  • Develop and continuously optimize pricing strategies by country and channel to maximize profitability, competitiveness, market share and portfolio positioning.
  • Monitor competitive pricing, promotions, currency movements and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update country price lists and ensure alignment across relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to evaluate promotional investments and commercial opportunities based on expected revenue, margin and ROI.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Analyze available market data, competitive activity, channel trends and customer insights across key NSC markets.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations to grow or defend market share.
  • Identify emerging technology, workplace and B2B trends that could create new opportunities for Logitech.
  • Provide regular category performance insights and recommendations to NSC leadership and country teams.Sales & Channel Enablement
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective sales-enablement tools, including New Product Alerts, product datasheets, sales presentations, toolkits and campaign materials.
  • Develop and deliver product and category training for Logitech teams, distributors, resellers and channel partners.
  • Support B2B teams with portfolio positioning, use cases and competitive differentiation to strengthen Logitech’s value proposition with end customers and partners.
  • Engage with Sprints, promotions and tactical initiatives to accelerate DCS (Direct Customer Sales) and achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Collaborate with online and offline GTM teams to ensure strong product visibility, availability and execution across priority channels.
  • Inventory & Business Performance
  • Monitor Weeks on Hand (WOH), sell-in, sell-through, inventory and sales performance to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Partner with Sales and Supply Chain to maintain healthy inventory levels and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Track quarterly DCS targets and category KPIs, recommending corrective actions when performance deviates from plan.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate slow-moving inventory while protecting pricing and category profitability.
  • Category Leadership & Representation
  • Act as the NSC Ambassador for PWS and L4B/B2B, building category knowledge and engagement throughout the organization.
  • Represent the categories in internal business reviews, customer meetings, partner events, product launches and industry events.
  • Serve as a category spokesperson for selected press, media and external events, in coordination with Communications and Marketing.
  • Build strong relationships across countries and functions, influencing stakeholders without direct reporting lines and ensuring alignment around category priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business actions.
  • Experience in Category Management, Product Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Marketing or Go-to-Market roles,ideally within technology, consumer electronics or B2B environments.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, pricing, profitability, forecasting, inventory and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of both consumer and B2B channel dynamics, including distribution, retail, e-commerce, resellers and commercial channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple countries, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both commercial teams and senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working with market data, competitive intelligence and financial/business KPIs.
  • Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across different countries and cultures.
  • Fluent English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Success in This Role
Success will be measured through the ability to deliver profitable category growth, increase or defend market share,
successfully launch and scale NPIs, maintain a healthy product lifecycle and inventory position, improve forecast accuracy, and
strengthen the execution of PWS and B2B strategies across NSC.
Beyond the numbers, success means becoming a trusted category leader who connects Portfolio, Sales, Marketing, Finance,
Supply Chain and country teams, turning regional strategy into strong execution across our markets.

Location:

  • This position will be based out of Doral Florida.

Compensation:

  • This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 117,000 and $ 158,000
