Campaign Coordinator
Description
Tesla is looking for experienced and customer-focused Campaign Coordinators to join a specialized campaign team supporting Energy Service Initiatives. This team will coordinate high-volume replacement campaigns across our fleet while moving work from a reactive model to a proactive, priority-based scheduling model.
The primary job is to own readiness across design, permitting, and other milestones; escalate blockers before they impact customers or crews; build repeatable processes and templates; and partner with Field Service so specialized crews can execute reliably. Applicants should be reliable multi-taskers who put customer experience first and have what it takes to accelerate the world towards a more sustainable future.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign readiness for Energy Campaigns and Initiatives—confirm design, permitting, and other milestones are complete before scheduling or dispatch
- Coordinate daily/weekly campaign workflow for specialized Field Service Technician crews, keeping schedules accurate and aligned to priority
- Drive the handoff from reactive work toward proactive, priority-based outreach and scheduling as automation and process mature
- Contribute to developing and recommending campaign processes, playbooks and templates to standardize workflows and establish a clear foundation for automation
- Identify escalation triggers at known failure points (readiness gaps, permitting delays, customer blockers, incomplete design, etc.) and drive resolution with the right owners
- Collaborate with Field Managers, FST crews, operations partners, and cross-functional teams to meet campaign volume and service objectives
- Continuously improve campaign operations; support future initiatives beyond the initial scope as the specialized campaign team scales
Requirements
- Technical degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience in maintenance planning, project coordination, campaign operations, or customer operations in a high-volume environment
- Preferred background in energy storage, Powerwall / residential energy products, utility or field service operations, or related service coordination
- Strong computer skills; comfort with Microsoft Office, cloud-based tools, and scheduling / planning systems (e.g., computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS))
- Evidence of strong organizational skill and a proven track record managing multi-milestone workflows with many handoffs
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mentality with clear, professional communication under pressure
