Business Process Analyst - Fixed-Term Contract – 16 months

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Quantitative Data Intelligence team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Finance stakeholders and software development teams by gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the delivery of data-driven solutions. You will play a key role in improving reporting and business processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements
- Support solution design by ensuring proposed functionality aligns with business objectives
- Validate delivered solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process maps, and training materials.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to support operational and financial decision-making
- Monitor key business and operational metrics and provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for data analysis and dashboard creation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation and requirements management abilities
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis or process automation
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS)
