Supports business leadership through the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives, customer engagements, industry events, leadership forums, and business reviews. Drives governance, action tracking, stakeholder alignment, and KPI reporting to ensure business priorities are executed effectively, commitments are delivered on time, and opportunities are progressed to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; MBA considered an asset.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related business function.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives, driving alignment across sales, marketing, delivery, finance, and leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage executive reviews, governance forums, action tracking, and strategic business programs from planning through execution.
  • Experience supporting customer engagements, industry events, leadership summits, business reviews, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive timely execution in a matrix organization.
  • Experience developing and reporting business KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive presentations, business reviews, and leadership communications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI; experience with CRM and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high degree of ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Experience working in a global technology, telecommunications, networking, or B2B enterprise environment is preferred.
     

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support customer engagements, industry and marketing events, NPI activities, leadership forums, and business reviews, including planning, execution, and follow-up of outcomes to ensure actions and opportunities are progressed to completion.
  • Drive governance and execution of strategic business initiatives, ensuring timely completion of actions, milestones, and business priorities.
  • Support planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for key industry events.
  • Manage action tracking and follow-ups from leadership reviews, governance forums, customer engagements, industry events, and strategic programs.
  • Measure, monitor, and report on key business KPIs, providing visibility into performance, risks, trends, and execution progress.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to drive accountability, alignment, and successful delivery of commitments.
     

Salary Range: Canada Salary Ranges CAD 112452.75 to 160646.79 US Salary Ranges USD 115833.68 to 165476.69
