Description

Meta is seeking a Business Program Manager to serve as the connective layer between global Enterprise Sales strategy and its execution in every region. Business Messaging (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) and Enterprise AI (Meta Business Agents) are among Meta's fastest-moving enterprise bets. This role takes the global plan, brings rigor and program discipline to how each region operationalizes it locally, and carries regional reality back into the global plan. Based in Singapore and working across all regions (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, NORAM), you will report to the Global Lead, Enterprise Sales. This is not a regional book-support role, and it is not a like-for-like backfill of a single-region program manager. You will support the Global Lead's book of business, an incubation portfolio focused on scaling a set of priority enterprise verticals globally, spanning travel and hospitality, mobility, and consumer and retail (including beauty), alongside a fast-growing emerging segment of high-potential accounts. A core part of the role is bringing consistent global rigor to how the strategy for each of these priorities is operationalized in every region; you communicate global rigor into the regions so that global sales plays, product launches, and GTM motions land consistently and on pace everywhere they need to.

Responsibilities

Translate global Enterprise Sales strategy (Business Messaging and Enterprise AI) into executable regional plans, and drive consistent local operationalization across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and NORAM Drive the operating rigor behind the Global Lead's priority verticals and emerging-account portfolio, ensuring the strategy for each is executed consistently and measurably across regions Own the operating rigor and cadence that hold regions to a common standard: reviews, trackers, and reporting that make progress, risks, and gap-to-goal visible to leadership Identify region-specific constraints and drive mitigation plans with product, policy, and regional leadership so momentum is preserved Run a two-way translation loop: carry regional realities and blockers back into global strategy so the plan reflects on-the-ground conditions; build first in one region so outputs can be adapted for the others Orchestrate stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Ops, across time zones, so the right conversations happen at the right altitude Provide an objective, data-driven view of whether global plays are landing regionally; track against global revenue and adoption goals, and flag themes that need leadership intervention Partner with enablement to turn global strategy into replicable regional playbooks that scale without losing fidelity

Qualifications

10+ years in program management, sales operations, strategy, or client-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, enterprise AI, or platform businesses Proven ability to run complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution across multiple regions and time zones Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including work with senior leadership (Director/VP level) Track record of translating global strategy into consistent local execution, and of surfacing regional constraints early with credible mitigations Comfort operating in fast-growth, high-ambiguity environments with shifting priorities Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience building reporting and governance cadences that leadership relies on for decisions Demonstrated use of AI tools to redesign workflows and drive measurable efficiency and quality gains Experience operating across APAC and at least one other region Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Commercial acumen in enterprise sales, and familiarity with Business Messaging or conversational/agentic AI products
