We are looking for a Business Line Leader – Siemens Electrical Products / Data Center White Space in partnership with Skeleton Technologies.   This position will be based in the Siemens Electrical Products North America HQ in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

In this hands-on P&L leadership role, you will have end-to-end business ownership for a product portfolio offered under the Siemens brand targeted for the data center white space market working in close alignment with Skeleton Techologies a partner company in which Siemens is a significant equity owner.   This is a high-profile role, both regionally and globally, and could lead to broader P&L leadership within a few years for the right candidate.

You will set the commercial direction, coordinating with Siemens data center selling resources, for a portfolio of electrical products currently manufactured by the business partner.  You will drive profitable growth through the development of appropriate go-to-market approaches, pricing strategy and partnerships with key customers including hyperscalers, colocation data center providers and Neo-Cloud firms.

You will translate evolving customer and market needs into a scalable Siemens portfolio, working in close partnership with product management and research & development regionally and globally to develop new portfolio elements as business cases justify.

This key P&L leadership role will lead through high influence across global cross-functional teams, but with a growth opportunity for a larger, dedicated team under successful execution. Finally, you will work with Siemens and business partner operations leadership to scale the business to meet anticipated rapid growth over the next couple of years with the strong potential of Siemens owning the overall business over that time frame.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Owning the business strategy and full profit-and-loss performance including top line growth, profitability, cash management/investment prioritization for this business segment for Siemens.
  • Defining and scaling a differentiated portfolio under the Siemens brand, with clear customer value propositions, roadmap priorities, lifecycle decisions, and brand governance.
  • Establishing value-based pricing, commercial models, and deal governance that balance market competitiveness, customer value, profitable growth, and channel considerations.
  • Scaling the manufacturing footprint for the business in an aggressive yet sensible way to support customer needs/confidence, cost considerations and the planned growth for the business.
  • Building trusted executive relationships with key customers, hyperscalers, ecosystem partners, and Siemens stakeholders to create demand, shape strategic opportunities, and demonstrate Siemens technical leadership in this space.
  • Review investment performance, milestone development and confirm evidence required for additional investment tranches
  • Remove cross-functional roadblocks and cross-team execution across CRM, SRM and PLM functions.
  • Maintain alignment between brand label agreement and investment transaction terms

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business management, general management, portfolio management, commercial leadership, or a comparable role, including direct accountability for business results.

  • Proven capability in portfolio strategy, value-based pricing, complex negotiations, and executive-level customer engagement, including large strategic accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

  • Technical leadership of electrification, power distribution, energy management, industrial technology, or adjacent digital and service offerings.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, technology, or a related field.
