Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for digital asset and capital markets solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and product requirements.
- Work with developers, architects, and product teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze securities/asset lifecycle, tokenization, and digital asset product orchestration requirements.
- Apply knowledge of DLT/blockchain concepts, including smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms.
- Conduct gap/impact analysis, UAT, and support solutions through the SDLC.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams and support production issues and root-cause analysis.
- Understand token economics and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business adoption.
Required Skills:
- 8–12 years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Analysis within capital markets, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of the Broadridge ecosystem and securities asset lifecycle.
- Experience in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain/DLT, or digital securities.
- Understanding of smart contracts, nodes, APIs, and consensus mechanisms.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, UAT, SQL, APIs, and data analysis.
- Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
