Business Analyst, Operations Integration & AI Transformation
We're looking for a Business Analyst who wants to replace manual, repetitive work with automation and AI, not just report on it. You'll work directly with operations leaders to find where a process is still done by hand, then help build the tool, pipeline, or model that replaces it.
You'll spot where automation, AI/ML, or a new application could remove manual effort from daily operations
You'll turn real operational problems into clear requirements an engineering team can build from
You'll dig into the data yourself - SQL, root-cause analysis, and defining the metrics that prove a solution worked
You'll validate that what gets built is accurate and actually gets used, not just shipped
You'll help take a solution that works in one place and make it work everywhere
Key job responsibilities
About the team
Our team builds the AI and automation products that run operations across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. We focus on the decisions people make by hand, hundreds of times a week, from data that already exists, and turn them into tools with a named business owner on the other end. We measure ourselves in hours returned to operators, defects removed, and cost avoided, not in projects started. We build once for the whole region and adapt by configuration, not by rebuilding, so a solution that works in one country can reach five.

- Support development, testing, deployment, and adoption of automation, AI/ML solutions, and applications, including coordinating user acceptance testing with stakeholders
- Validate data and solution outputs against ground truth to confirm accuracy and real business value before and after launch
- Identify opportunities to scale a solution that works in one location across the wider region
