Overview:
The Build & Test Lead is a key role within Services Operations, responsible for coordinating the build and testing of end-to-end operational solutions supporting strategic programs, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. This role focuses on test leadership, facilitation, quality, and cross-functional coordination rather than hands-on testing. You will collaborate with global teams to help ensure business requirements are effectively translated into testing activities and operational solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Partner with Project Managers to develop test strategies and plans and coordinate business and User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Work with Process Architects to understand business requirements and identify appropriate business scenarios for testing.
• Schedule and facilitate testing activities, manage defects and retesting, and adjust testing schedules or approaches based on results and feedback.
• Analyze test results and metrics, prepare and present test reports, and communicate progress, risks, and issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams while applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
  What You Need to Succeed:
• Experience with software testing or quality management, with Test Lead or similar test leadership experience preferred.
• Experience participating in projects involving enterprise systems and cross-functional teams; project management experience is beneficial.
• Experience gathering business, process, or customer requirements and coordinating testing activities, test plans, or related deliverables.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills across project teams, functional groups, and organizational levels.
• BA or BS undergraduate degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience; proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
