Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities：

1、Create, maintain, and release Desktop and Workstation BOMs with a high level of accuracy, quality, and efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

2、Manage Engineering Change (EC) solutions and ensure timely execution of change requests in alignment with project schedules and business requirements.

3、Design and maintain BOM structures, ensuring data integrity, configuration accuracy, and compliance with established processes and standards.

4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve urgent product, BOM, and EC-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.

5、Drive BOM and EC process improvements by identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

6、Support change management activities, including impact assessment, implementation planning, execution tracking, and issue closure.

7、Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and project teams to ensure smooth BOM management and engineering change implementation.

Job Requirements：

1、Experience in BOM creation, maintenance, and release management within product development or manufacturing environments.

2、Familiarity with Engineering Change (EC/ECO/ECR) processes and the ability to manage change implementation throughout the product lifecycle.

3、Understanding of product structure management and BOM architecture, with the ability to design and optimize BOM structures.

4、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive corrective actions for BOM and EC-related issues.

5、Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management stakeholders.

6、Strong attention to detail and data management skills, ensuring high levels of accuracy in product configuration and documentation.

7、Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

8、Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives related to BOM management and engineering change processes is preferred.
