As a Body Repair Service Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in the seamless flow of Tesla vehicles through our state-of-the-art repair facilities — from intake to delivery — using advanced tools, eco-friendly materials, and cutting-edge digital systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and repair teams
  • Prepare vehicles for repair with accurate documentation, condition reporting, and digital intake
  • Manage vehicle arrival logistics and ensure smooth handover to the body shop
  • Provide clear, timely updates to customers on repair progress and completion timelines
  • Coordinate rental car arrangements and vehicle handover logistics
  • Monitor inventory and reorder parts, materials, and supplies as needed
  • Conduct final quality inspections to ensure repairs meet Tesla’s exacting standards
  • Support repair workflows using digital repair platforms and internal systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support shop efficiency

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive collision repair, service coordination, or customer-facing repair roles (preferred)
  • Experience with digital repair systems or vehicle repair management software (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, etc.) — familiarity with any repair platform is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with customers and team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working in a high-tech, collaborative repair environment
