What does a successful Bilingual AI Software Development Engineer do at Fiserv?
A successful Bilingual AI Software Development Engineer at Fiserv leads technical solution design and execution across multiple AI initiatives. This role partners with Product Owners, Architects, Security, Developers, and cross-functional governance teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and ethical AI solutions. It also helps advance cloud and microservices adoption while identifying AI-driven opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, platform stability, and client experience.

What you will do?

• Own and drive technical solution design and execution for multiple AI initiatives.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Security and Developers to deliver scalable and resilient AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI CoE, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to support ethical AI solutions.
• Apply understanding of next-generation architecture to enable seamless migration to cloud platforms and microservices-based environments.
• Proactively recommend AI-driven improvements to delivery efficiency, platform stability and client experience while staying current with advancements in AI, generative AI, analytics and automation.

What you must have?

• 2+ years of experience with AI or generative AI frameworks and products.
• Hands-on experience with 3 core AI areas: generative AI, RAG and agentic AI.
• Experience with 2 enterprise tools: SNOW and JIRA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent related field.

What would be nice to have?

• Bilingual proficiency in 2 languages: English and Spanish.
• Working knowledge of 2 technical focus areas: LLMs and API integration.
• Proficiency across 2 modern architecture domains: cloud platforms and microservices-based environments.
