Benefits Manager, EMEA
Description
Meta is seeking an experienced and strategic Benefits Manager to lead the design, strategy, and delivery of employee benefits programs across key countries in the EMEA region as part of the benefits team within the Total Rewards Organisation. In this role, you will own the strategic design and management of complex, multi-country benefits portfolios spanning health, financial, leave, and family programs, ensuring that they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Meta's broader people strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary partner to Business Leaders, HR, legal, finance, and external vendors, navigating the regulatory and cultural nuances of diverse EMEA markets to deliver programs that support Meta's employees as they support our mission.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of benefits programs, including health, wellbeing, retirement, risk, and leaves across multiple EMEA countries Develop and drive multi-year benefits strategies and roadmaps, aligning program investments with organizational priorities and long-term workforce needs Partner with legal, industry relations and people operations teams to ensure that benefits programs meet local regulatory requirements and remain compliant across relevant EMEA jurisdictions Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across total rewards, legal, payroll, and regional HR teams to drive program effectiveness and execution Partner with global benefits colleagues to evolve regional and international strategies. and global benefits strategies as the Company evolves
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in benefits program design, management, or consulting with a focus on EMEA markets Experience of managing multi-country benefits programs, including health, retirement, risk, and leaves programs and family benefits, across diverse employment law and industrial relations environments Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional benefits projects from strategy through implementation, including vendor negotiations and stakeholder alignment Experience directly advising and influencing senior leaders on complex benefits program decisions, including cost-benefit tradeoffs and compliance risk Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies Experience in broader or alternative HR roles, for example, HR business partnering, People Operations, or Compensation roles Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience in a technology or high-growth company environment managing benefits programs at a pace and on a significant scale Familiarity with global benefits technology platforms and HRIS systems used to administer and report on multi-country benefits programs
