Texas Instruments is looking for a BCD Technologist in Dallas, TX. This is a visionary leader in semiconductor technology who will help drive innovation in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technology and maintaining a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Work with business partners to define key process/component needs for next generation analog/power products.
- Define Component Architectures and Process Flow Integration for next generation BCD technologies.
- Work with manufacturing teams to develop next generation technologies.
- Work with productization teams to implement next generation technologies.
- Support new analog/power product ramps on next generation technologies.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- PhD degree in Electrical engineering, Materials Science, or physics.
- 10 + years of experience in Device & Process Integration development for BCD related technology.
- Deep understanding of Analog/Power technologies and their integration into a variety of products.
- Experience with 65nm and below.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
