BCD R&D Technical Manager
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the team to deliver comprehensive Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) process integration solutions.
2. Bridge requirements and constraints between the device and integration teams to ensure alignment.
3. Collaborate with module experts to achieve defined process development goals.
4. Allocate and manage necessary resources across the fab and module teams.
Job Qualifications
1. Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering.
2. Strong technical expertise in FEoL/ BEoL process integration and test key design.
3. Solid knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
4. A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective cross-functional resource acquisition.
6. Experience in process/ device reliability is a plus.
