About Marvell

Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell's Global Marketing organization exists to accelerate Marvell's growth by delivering impactful outcomes and services that elevate our brand, captivate our target audiences, and exceed stakeholder expectations. The organization encompasses communications, digital, events, social, analyst relations, marketing research, and product and technology marketing, working closely with Marvell's business units, investor relations, finance, HR, and executive staff to ensure our messaging and positioning resonate with diverse global audiences.
The AVP, Integrated Marketing is a newly created leadership role reporting to the CMO. The role gives you the opportunity to build an ‘always on’ integrated marketing capability — a consistent editorial and content marketing cadence that keeps Marvell's presence in market steady between major earned media moments, rather than relying on moment-based activity alone. Content, social, paid media, campaigns, events, tradeshows, and digital all work in concert to sustain that cadence.
You will unify the events, digital, and content/social functions into a single integrated program with a shared calendar, shared measurement, and shared prioritization — while holding overall responsibility for how integrated marketing shows up across the broader marketing organization.

What You Can Expect

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Always-On Execution

  • Build and own a single integrated campaign calendar connecting content, social, paid media, events, tradeshows, digital, and communications.
  • Orchestrate go-to-market launch execution across business units in partnership with Product & Technology Marketing, ensuring consistent cross-channel activation.
  • Establish an editorial and campaign cadence that sustains market presence between major moments such as earnings, Computex, and OFC/ECOC.

Paid Media & Digital Demand

  • Own paid media strategy and investment allocation across channels including LinkedIn, programmatic display, and search.
  • Direct web and digital strategy — SEO, SEM, and answer-engine optimization (AEO) — in partnership with the Digital & Web team.

Content Marketing & Social

  • Direct content marketing strategy and production cadence in partnership with Creative & Brand.
  • Partner with product and technology teams to produce content that translates technical innovation into narratives relevant for customers, partners, and industry audiences.
  • Own corporate and executive social strategy, including LinkedIn thought leadership programs for senior leaders.
  • Ensure content strategy and paid media investment are prioritized against a shared plan rather than made channel by channel.

Events, Tradeshows & Sponsorships

  • Own tradeshow and sponsorship strategy, prioritization, and ROI tracking across major industry events (e.g., OFC, ECOC, OCP, Computex, GTC).
  • Extend Marvell's presence across industry consortiums, standards organizations, and technical communities (e.g., OCP) alongside traditional trade shows, ensuring consistent visibility across the broader ecosystem.
  • Manage internal events in partnership with the broader employee experience agenda.
  • Tie tradeshow and sponsorship spend to measurable business outcomes rather than legacy commitments.

Team Leadership & Organizational Build

  • Bring unified leadership to a team spanning events, digital, and content/social functions.
  • Build career paths and mentor Sr. Directors and managers across the integrated marketing organization.
  • Partner with Creative & Brand on production capacity planning and with Communications on amplification of earned media moments.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • BS degree required; MBA or equivalent experience valued.
  • 15+ years leading integrated marketing, demand generation, or content marketing in a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong content strategy judgment paired with paid media fluency across digital channels.
  • Experience directing event and tradeshow strategy at major industry conferences.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, hypergrowth environment with evolving scope.

Preferred

  • Experience in semiconductor, data infrastructure, or adjacent technical B2B industries.
  • Familiarity with major optical and data center industry events (OFC, ECOC, OCP, GTC) and their audiences.
  • Experience integrating ecosystem partner co-marketing into a broader campaign calendar.
