We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Test Automation
A quality-focused Test Automation Engineer who can drive end-to-end testing activities, build robust automation frameworks, and ensure the delivery of high-quality web and service-based applications through effective testing strategies and continuous improvement.
You'll make a difference by:
• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks using JavaScript/TypeScript-based tools such as Cypress.
- Performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web and service-based applications.
- Creating, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
- Conducting API testing and validating integration points across distributed systems.
- Performing protocol testing and ensuring compliance with application communication standards.
- Implementing and enhancing automation frameworks using industry-standard approaches such as Page Object Model (POM) and Data-Driven Frameworks.
- Collaborating with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Supporting CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated test executions within deployment workflows.
- Utilizing Git and version control best practices for test automation development and collaboration.
- Maintaining test documentation, test suites, and quality metrics while driving continuous testing improvements.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in testing web and service-based applications. - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and automation testing tools such as Cypress.
- Experience in API testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Good understanding of protocol testing and communication validation.
- Experience with automation framework design, including Page Object Model (POM) and Data-Driven Frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience in manual testing, test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software testing life cycles, quality assurance processes, and test methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience in System Testing and Performance Testing. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Knowledge of automation framework optimization and reporting mechanisms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of performance monitoring and quality metrics.

• Engineering degree in B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc. or an equivalent qualification. - 3-7 years of relevant experience in Automation Testing.
- Good understanding of Agile processes and software testing methodologies.

- Experience in managing test suites, test documentation, and test execution processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
