Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1.搭建全面的数据运营体系，制定并执行整体运营目标与规划，确保数据驱动的业务目标达成；
2.负责数据的采集、清洗、处理与链路运维，保障数据系统的高效运行与数据质量；
3.深度分析业务各维度数据，挖掘数据中的规律与潜在问题，支持业务决策与持续优化；
4.设计并优化数据运营指标体系，构建数据驱动的业务增长模型，推动业务效率提升；
5.协同业务团队，探索数据在多场景中的应用潜力，支持产品创新与用户体验优化；
6.编写高质量数据运营报告，支持数据结果的技术转移与业务落地。
岗位要求：
1.毕业时间为2026年9月至2027年8月的海内外应届毕业生，计算机科学、统计学、数学或相关专业；
2.熟悉MySQL、Redis等关系型与非关系型数据库的使用，掌握数据库运行机制与性能优化技术；
3.具备扎实的数据处理能力，熟练掌握数据采集、清洗、存储与分析的全流程操作；
4.对数据驱动的业务运营有深刻理解，能够通过数据分析发现业务问题并提出优化方案；
5.具备良好的团队协作精神，能够高效参与跨部门协作项目，推动数据运营策略的落地实施；
6.具备较强的逻辑思维能力与学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术并应用于实际业务场景。
