Description and Requirements

岗位职责

负责PC成品（NB/笔记本、台式机、工作站、HWS等）全球工厂制造测试工程统筹，主导与研发部、制造部协作，建立统一测试标准、测试流程与测试覆盖率要求。

确保端到端测试流程及测试治具/设备处于最佳运行状态，维护测试流程并符合测试标准化要求，提升全球工厂的效率、质量和安全水平。

参与内部转移项目，开发量产测试工艺并准备新产品测试治具，支持新测试需求维护与测试工艺准备进度跟踪。

参与新产品导入阶段的故障排除及测试问题收集分析，推动NPI到量产的测试衔接与问题闭环。

与本地测试工程师合作制定持续改善计划，并推动制造部落实执行，包括优化制造工艺、识别改善空间、实施解决方案以提升效率和生产力。

岗位要求

本科及以上学历，电子工程、计算机科学与技术、自动化或相关专业。

8年以上PC成品测试知识和经验，熟悉NB/笔记本、台式机、工作站、服务器等PC成品制造测试；有ODM/OEM大厂背景优先。

熟悉NPI流程、制造工艺、系统、网络及工程技术解决方案，在PC产品制造工程领域具备快速有效解决复杂技术问题的成熟能力。

具备工厂测试团队管理经验，能培训本地测试工程师，推动跨部门协作与持续改善。

英语口语流利，读写熟练，大学英语四级或以上，能作为工作语言对接海外团队/客户。

编程/脚本能力，满足以下任意一项：

熟练掌握Python或C#；

具备Windows PowerShell/CMD、EFI shell等脚本命令基础。

加分项：有六西格玛、精益改善、自动化测试或数据分析经验。
