Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责供应链服务器计划数字化转型，开展计划业务看板的系统化建设与落地实施。

2、负责服务器板卡及下级部件的需求预测与供应链运作管理。

3、协同销售、采购、研发、产品等部门，结合行业趋势与物料特性制定 IC 级预测，提升预测准确度和供应满足率。

4、联动供应链团队监控 ATS 等供需数据，动态调整备料策略，保障订单交付，优化库存并降低 E&O 呆滞

岗位要求

3年以上供应链计划管理经验或供应链DTIT 经验，具备供应链数字化转型落地成功案例优先；

熟悉 IT 硬件行业，有服务器、PC 板卡部件相关经验。

较强数据分析能力，可快速识别供需偏差，推动问题解决；良好跨部门协同能力。

掌握 SQL、Python、Power BI，了解 AI Agent、Vibe Coding 等 AI 工具，或熟悉 Blue Yonder等供应链计划系统者优先；
