Description and Requirements

岗位职责

• 负责软件持续集成环境的搭建，包括策略制定与相关工具的开发与维护；
• 负责软件代码基线管理，项目初始化等工作；
• 根据项目需求进行软件构建、分支管理、权限控制及版本发布；
• 定配置管理规范文档，优化流程和策略，对项目提供培训和日常支持服务。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，5年以上软件配置管理 / SCM 工作经验，有车载 / 汽车电子软件经验优先。
• 熟练掌握 Git/GitLab/Gerrit 等版本控制系统，熟悉分支策略、基线管理、权限管理。 熟悉 CI/CD 工具（Jenkins 等），能够独立搭建、维护流水线，掌握 Shell/Python 脚本开发。
• 具备配置管理规范编写、流程落地、团队培训与技术支持的实践经验。
• 了解 ASPICE 配置管理要求，有车载软件项目实践经历优先；
• 严谨细致，具备较强跨团队沟通、问题排查能力。
