Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责移动设备端图像类AI算法的研发与落地，包括图像处理、视频处理及视觉识别等相关算法的设计、开发与优化。

2、基于业务需求持续优化算法性能，在精度、效率、资源占用等方面提升算法整体表现。

3、负责AI算法在移动设备端的部署与工程化实现，推动算法从开发到产品化落地。

4、针对不同硬件平台开展模型压缩、推理加速及端侧性能优化工作，提升算法运行效率和用户体验。

5、跟踪计算机视觉与人工智能领域前沿技术发展趋势，开展技术研究与创新探索。

6、结合项目成果开展技术沉淀，输出相关论文、专利或技术文档，推动团队技术能力持续提升。

岗位要求：

1、具备计算机、电子信息或相关领域专业背景，拥有扎实的人工智能、机器学习及计算机视觉理论基础。

2、熟悉C/C++、Python等开发语言，具备良好的算法开发与工程实现能力。

3、具备图像领域AI算法模型研发经验，能够独立完成模型设计、训练、优化及应用落地工作。

4、熟悉深度学习模型在图像、视频或视觉识别场景中的应用，具备相关项目实践经验。

5、熟悉主流移动端AI算法部署流程，包括高通、联发科等平台的模型部署与性能优化。

6、具备硬件加速、模型量化、推理加速或端侧优化经验者优先。

7、在计算机视觉、人工智能等相关领域拥有论文发表、专利成果或开源项目经验者优先。
