Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1. 负责服务器采购全流程管理，制定并持续优化采购策略，协同研发、销售、生产等部门推进降本增效，确保成本控制目标与前端销售需求对齐，助力业务目标达成。
2. 密切跟踪服务器市场价格走势及行业动态，主动应对成本上涨风险，制定针对性应对方案，优化采购成本结构，提升销售团队投标竞争力与中标率。
3. 构建并维护优质服务器采购供应商体系，深入调研供应商市场，筛选具备长期合作潜力的优质伙伴，建立稳定、可靠、性价比优越的供应链体系。
4. 与研发、销售、生产等团队高效协同，明确采购需求，推动采购流程与产品研发、销售节奏的高效衔接，确保采购产品符合技术标准与市场需求。
5. 负责采购合同谈判、签订及执行全过程管理，控制采购风险，规范采购流程，确保采购工作合法合规、高效有序。
6. 定期分析采购数据，持续优化采购方案，提升采购效率与成本管控水平，为公司供应链战略决策提供数据支持。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，具备良好的综合素质与职业操守。
2. 8年以上服务器采购管理经验，10年以上电子行业采购相关经验，熟悉服务器采购全流程及管理模式。
3. 深入理解服务器采购供应商市场，精准掌握市场行情、价格趋势及行业动态，具备扎实的成本分析与管控能力。
4. 熟悉服务器行业特性及相关技术参数、产品标准、研发流程，能够高效对接研发团队，精准匹配采购需求。
5. 优秀的沟通协调、谈判与问题解决能力，能够高效协同跨部门团队，妥善应对采购过程中的各类突发情况。
6. 具备强烈的责任心与结果导向意识，工作严谨细致，抗压能力强，具备团队管理意识。
7. 英语可作为工作语言者优先。
8. 具备良好的合规意识，熟悉采购相关法律法规及行业规范，无违法违规从业记录。
