Description and Requirements

多语言交付专家
 
主要职责：
1.        建立并优化多语言字符串交付流程，确保翻译内容精准、简洁、符合产品调性（如优化冗长或送翻语句）。
2.        精通特殊语种（如日语、韩语、阿拉伯语(优先)，德语，法语，芬兰语）的排版、显示及文化合规要求，主导制定规避方案与标准。
3.        管理术语库与风格指南，确保跨产品、跨团队的多语言内容一致性。
4.        与技术团队紧密协作，优化本地化工具链，提升交付效率。
5.        负责关键市场的语言质量验收，为产品国际化体验负责。
 
任职要求：
1.        5年以上大型互联网或车载或手机产品多语言/本地化项目管理经验。
2.        对字符串管理、翻译流程、特殊语种排版（如从右至左语言）有深厚技术积累（deep know-how）。
3.        熟悉智能座舱或复杂软硬件产品的多语言交付挑战者优先。
4.        出色的跨文化沟通能力和细节把控力，英语可作为工作语言。
5.        具备优秀的项目管理能力和推动力。
6.        熟悉设计软件（如figma 及sketch）的使用。
