本ポジションでは日本有数の大手（流通小売業/サービスプロバイダ/金融）における業界知識を得ながら、顧客とのリレーションを構築し、HPEのフルポートフォリオで、時には他社製品も交えながら提案/課題解決することがミッションとなっています。

HPE製品の全ての商材を扱うため広いITソリューション知識が習得できるだけでなく、Account Teamをリードし、関係する組織との連携によるリーダシップを獲得/体現しながら、CxOとも直接コミュニケーションし提案/スキルアップが期待できます。

将来は幅広い分野での活躍が期待でき、ビジネスでの海外出張だけでなく、Top performerは海外報奨旅行/Winners’ Summitへ参加をすることが出来ます。

【仕事内容】
•流通・サービス業の大手民間企業を担当する営業部門でAccount Teamをリード
（直販およびパートナとの協業により、HPE顧客のShare拡大、Biz成長）
•HPEフルポートフォリオ、注力ソリューションをお客様に提案
•Account Business Planの作成/実行をリードし、製品担当営業、プリセールスエンジニア、社外パートナなどと連携した営業活動全般を実施
•顧客組織長、役員クラスとのリレーションシップを構築/強化することにより、 顧客にとってHPEが戦略的パートナに位置づけられるようにする
•顧客課題を解決するため、付加価値の高い提案、交渉、クロージングをリード

【必須要件】
•積極的な姿勢と強い実行力と意思をお持ちの方（仕事を一緒に楽しめること）
•IT業界での経験を3年程度以上お持ちの方
•顧客及び社内とのコミュニケーション能力　
•ITインフラ、サービス全般の知識があれば望ましい
営業経験があることが望ましい
