Apply now for the AT (Advanced Therapies) Application Specialist position and play a key role in the Thailand team. In this local individual-contributor role, you will deliver high-quality clinical application education and support for Advanced Therapies customers across Thailand, helping them use our solutions safely, effectively, and confidently in daily clinical practice.

Your Role:

  • Deliver customer application training and clinical support during system implementation, go-live, post-installation, and follow-up activities for AT products in Thailand.
  • Support customers in optimizing clinical workflows, protocols, image quality, and system utilization, with focus on patient care, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide on-site and remote application support for interventional radiology, cardiology, and other relevant AT clinical procedures.
  • Prepare and conduct customer workshops, demonstrations, webinars, and refresher training in cooperation with Sales, Service, and Business Line teams.
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate education and application support plans.
  • Document training activities, customer feedback, open issues, and follow-up actions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain required product and clinical qualifications and actively participate in regional knowledge exchange, coaching, and best-practice sharing within the ASEAN AT community.
  • Work closely with the Thailand service organization to support high customer satisfaction and effective scheduling of application activities.
  • Support local education service opportunities and contribute to sustainable service revenue growth where applicable.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree or recognized professional qualification in Radiological Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Relevant clinical experience in angiography, interventional radiology, interventional cardiology, operating theatre, or a related AT environment.
  • Experience using angiography systems and supporting clinical workflows is preferred.
  • Experience in customer training, clinical education, or an Application Specialist role is an advantage.
  • Understanding of image quality, radiation dose awareness, sterile clinical environments, and workflow optimization.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and working proficiency in English.
  • Strong customer focus with confidence working directly with physicians, radiographers, nurses, biomedical teams, and hospital management.
  • Ability to explain complex clinical and technical topics in a clear and practical way.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple customer priorities independently.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with local and regional colleagues.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, professional conduct, and delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel based on customer and business needs.

Travel Requirements:

  • Frequent travel within Thailand.
  • Regional ASEAN travel as required.
  • Approximately 50-75% of travel depends on project and business needs.
  • Ability to support customer sites during installation and go-live periods.
