  • Lead project planning, solution design, budget alignment, resource coordination, milestone tracking and risk management; proactively resolve cross-functional bottlenecks to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with Warner Bros. brand standards.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle and drive structured post-project reviews to capture learnings and continuously optimize delivery standards.

3. Integrated Business Analysis & Performance Management

  • Own consolidated performance tracking and analysis across all commercial revenue streams: Travel Trade, Events, Sponsorship, Education and Direct-to-Consumer channels.
  • Build and maintain a unified commercial dashboard covering core metrics including revenue, ROI, average order value, off-peak/shoulder season performance and partner contribution.
  • Implement and manage the sponsorship valuation framework to measure total deal value including direct revenue, cost savings, brand exposure and net profit contribution.
  • Synthesize multi-source data into actionable business insights and competitive intelligence to support executive strategic decision-making and market positioning.

  • Establish and maintain a centralized commercial archive system including partner databases, contract ledgers, project files and delivery records, ensuring full traceability and information consistency.

5. Executive Reporting & Business Presentation

  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly integrated commercial performance reports and leadership review materials, with strong business storytelling capabilities to translate complex data into clear, structured and actionable insights.
  • Deliver formal business presentations to the executive leadership team independently, with strong Q&A response capabilities to address strategic inquiries and support decision discussions.
  • Support the Commercial Director with ad-hoc business analysis, strategy formulation and cross-regional stakeholder communication as required.
