Associate I, Production Operations
Job Description
Role Location: Onsite. 270 Remington Boulevard, Suite B Bolingbrook, IL 60440
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST (Monday and Tuesday off)
About the Role:
As a Production Operations Associate I, you will support the daily processing of customer payments and financial transactions in a fast-paced production environment. You will help ensure payments are processed accurately, research and resolve exceptions, maintain operational equipment and supplies, and support critical transaction processing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking an entry-level position with opportunities to build operational and financial services experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer payments and related transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Research, resolve, and process transaction exceptions and adjustment requests.
- Coordinate setup and maintenance activities for processing equipment and related systems.
- Maintain inventory of operational supplies and ensure materials are available for daily processing needs.
- Prepare outgoing collection notices and support other production operations activities as assigned.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify processing errors and discrepancies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete work accurately in a production-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in payment processing, transaction processing, or a production operations environment.
- Familiarity with remittance processing or financial services operations.
- Experience working with computer systems, processing equipment, or operational workflows in a high-volume setting.
