We are looking for an Associate Creative Director, Art to join our Marcom LA team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of strategists, brand managers, project managers, producers, as well as cross functional and external partners to lead campaigns, programs, and executions that can expand across a variety of media with a focus on culturally relevant ideas.
Description
In this role you will lead creative efforts and campaigns for Apple’s Services such as Apple Music, Apple Music Halftime Show, iCloud+, Podcasts, Fitness+ and more. You will ideate, collaborate, and write for conceptual development and creative execution. You craft, review, and empower campaigns for our brands and products. You will present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and Apple executives, and articulate concepts with energy and enthusiasm. You will collaborate with the ACD/Copywriter to concept ideas and co-direct teams to produce quality creative. You will work across subject areas to integrate strategies and messaging for brand campaigns, digital performance efforts, social, owned channels, and new mediums of communication. You will work with project managers and creative directors to ensure that schedules are accurate, realistic and that deadlines are met. You will also guide creatives to do their best work and to support each other's strengths.
Responsibilities
- Drive Apple Services creative vision for campaigns including our efforts for the Apple Music Halftime Show. Work cross-functionally to solidify this vision and bring it to life.
- Present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and Apple executives, articulating concepts with energy and enthusiasm.
- Work with a team of copywriters, designers, and art directors to concept ideas and produce the highest quality creative.
- Stay at the forefront of social platforms, emerging creative technologies, and new storytelling formats. Pushing for culturally relevant work across paid and earned channels.
- Partner with project managers and brand managers to ensure schedules are accurate and realistic, and that deadlines are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years experience concepting and producing major marketing, communication, or music campaigns.
- Deep industry experience developing integrated campaigns, earned media initiatives, and social-first creative platforms.
- A portfolio that demonstrates highly crafted, highly art directed work, breakthrough earned media, and programmatic executions.
- Lives and breathes culture and has a strong awareness of the evolving cultural landscape and emerging trends

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $177,000 and $266,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
