YOUR ROLE 

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct real time problem analysis: Equipment Alarms/failure, alarms, LOH, SPC OOC/OOS, Defect failure, and FDC failure & determine solutions through liaising with all parties involved & through studying past cases.
  • Shift Support & Troubleshooting: Respond immediately to excursion alarms, tool errors, or yield drops on the production line.
  • Process Control: Monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts to keep etch rate, critical dimensions (CD), and selectivity within limits.
  • Dispositioning: Make fast, data-driven decisions on scrap, rework, or releasing suspect wafers during manufacturing shifts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with integration and equipment teams on chamber matching, cleaning, and hardware seasoning strategies.
  • Support training: New APE/PT of operators through spec documentation, establishment of training materials.
     

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Education: Diploma 
  • Experience: 0 to 3+ years in a cleanroom wafer fab environment, with basic knowledge of dry etch.
  • Work Arrangement: Willingness to support compressed or rotating shift patterns (e.g., 12-hour day/night shifts with shift allowances).
  • Skills: Strong root-cause analytical thinking, familiarity with DOE/SPC, basic data analysis tool proficiency and Strong expertise MS Office is a must.
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English.
