Role and Responsibilities
Process Innovation
- Identify business pain points based on management direction through operational data analysis
- Initiate business process innovation strategies and collaborate with sales teams
- Redesign and improve systems per new process operation standards
- Implement new methodologies and policies to improve overall business
- Develop performance indicators and monitor operational levels
- Lead and follow up on effective implementation of new business processes
SCM Operation Innovation
- Analyze supply chain operation problems (KPIs) and identify improvement solution
- Develop processes and tools to improve supply chain operation
- Encourage sales adoption of new processes and tools
- Address critical demand/supply issues and expedite tasks for solid - Lead cross-functional improvement projects, including HQ initiatives (e.g., Next SCM Launching)
Analyze supply chain operation problems (KPIs) and identify improvement solution

- Lead cross-functional improvement projects, including HQ initiatives (e.g., Next SCM Launching)
Korean Language & Expertise
- Acts as the translation/interpretation bridge. New task guidance, project direction, and strategic initiatives typically arrive in Korean first from headquarters.
- Written reports and verbal updates in Korean, required for leadership alignment with RHQ/HQ.
- Relationship building with TSE BM & Korean SCM, RHQ Innovation Team, SDSAP Team, and HQ process owners without requiring translation layers.
- Position explicitly requires creating reports in Korean using Microsoft Word/PPT. This is a daily function, not occasional.
Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean (word/PPT), English, and Thai. - Ability to analyze large and complicate datasets and report with summarized insights to manager
• Proactive communication with the sales team to encourage changes in supply/logistics management strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study.
• Minimum of five years of experience in process improvement, preferably within Process Innovation, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Logistics.
• At least one year of experience supporting senior and executive-level client in decision-making and proactively addressing stakeholder requirements.
• Experience in designing new processes and improving existing ones to meet changing business needs.
• Proven ability to facilitate group meetings or workshops to achieve desired outcomes and build consensus among stakeholders.
