Primary owner for test equipment PM/Conversion/next level trouble shooting to ensure test equipment stability and Quality.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Perform Test equipment PM/Tester Calibration/Conversion independently, 
  • Receive escalation from shift technician for next level machine trouble shooting.
  • Provide basic support on disposition on low test yield affecting shipments and delivery a) Supports closure of line disturbance, low yield lots and maverick issues ; b) Interface with Product Engineering, Test Development Engineering, and Subcon Engineering
  • Co-working with engineer to deliver critical equipment KPI: such as OEE, Yield, etc..
  • Assist engineer to conduct machine buy off, new conversion kits buyoff and finish data collection. 

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

  • Diploma in Electronic Engineering or related Engineering course.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on Semiconductor ATE & handler maintenance, equipment troubleshooting and calibration. 
  • Good at reading/writing English technical documents and team collaboration.
  • Able to write reports and to initialize key learning summary and share to other technicians.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good interpersonal skill in managing/interacting with internal and external partners.
  • Have 5s knowledge and Safety Principal culture in workplace, Zero Defect Quality mindset, good tardiness, proactive behaviour and culture.
