Assistant Engineer Sustaining

Executing routine maintenance definitions and daily maintenance operations to ensure all EOL Trim and From, EAV and Mold handler equipment.

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Performing hands-on equipment setups, conversions, and troubleshooting to maximize machine uptime.
• Actively assist in investigating equipment breakdowns to support root-cause analysis and the implementation of preventive counter measures. 
• This role involves supporting senior engineering teams during new technology and package ramp-ups, conducting maintenance surveillance checklist audits on assigned equipment.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering,
• Must passed SPM, including Maths & English subjects.
•  Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in semiconductor EOL Trim and From, EAV and Mold handler equipment maintenance. 
• Must possess strong foundational technical skills in equipment setup, basic hardware troubleshooting, and routine maintenance execution. 
• Effective collaboration and communication skills are essential, as the role requires working closely with technicians and supporting senior engineers across functions. 
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented during maintenance audits, and possess professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
