Assistant Engineer Development (Contract)
- Provide service and support to development group to carry out fast and quality execution of development projects and customer requests.

- Provide service and support to development group to carry out fast and quality execution of development projects and customer requests.
- Adequate hands-on knowledge and skills of semiconductor assembly and in laboratory related work
- Failure analysis sample preparation Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good aptitude for collaboration, negotiation and solution finding
- Analytical equipment knowledge Statistical data analysis Microsoft office Good communication skills
- Support characterization activities and lab work as per instructed
- Support sample preparation activity for failure analysis for existing and new package/technologies development projects
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Minimum Diploma in related Engineering field
- Must passed SPM, including Maths & English subjects
- Minimum of 7 years related experience in R&D field
- Able to work in team and with minimum supervision from semicond manufacturing.
