What you’ll do
- Generate production assets for animation and AI-native film productions: character sheets, locations, props, and key visuals
- Keep characters and worlds consistent across angles, poses, wardrobe, and scenes
- Build interiors and exteriors that hold up in perspective, scale, and architecture
- Retouch, refine, and quality-check every asset before it goes to the team
- Keep the asset library organized so everything is easy to find and reuse
- Work closely with the creative director and animation team, iterate fast
What we’re looking for
- Strong image editing and retouching skills, with a background in photography, art direction, production design, or a related field
- Broad visual culture across film, art, fashion, architecture, interiors, and product design, with an eye for current trends
- Strong eye for lighting, color, composition, perspective, and anatomy
- A creative and technical mindset: you structure your work and find the fastest way to a high-quality result
- Experience with generative AI or 3D tools is a big plus
- Portfolio showing retouching or image work. It matters more than your CV
