Eletromechanical Design (EDE) consists of mechanics, thermal, interconnections, Power Supply Unit (PSU), Printed Wiring Board (PWB) layout design, and HW usability. EDE requires innovative design knowhow to design electromechanics parts to Base Transceiver Station (BTS) module, units, etc. Design targets are high quality, easy installability, and reliability products with low costs.

Qualifications

  • Bs degree in Electronics or Communications Engineering with 5 -8 years minimum experience from Electronics Manufacturing, 
  • Hands on experience in Functional Test implementation/support, PC troubleshooting, Failure analysis for Routers (telecommunication equipment)
  • Experience with Lean philosophy is a plus. 
  • English fluency required.
  • Analytical mindset, tech driven, communication, leading, customer oriented, data driven are skills that complete this profile.
  • The candidate must live in Reynosa.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Works effectively in mixed environments, applying best practices and business knowledge to improve products, services, and processes.
  • Problem-Solving & Analysis: Utilizes advanced analytical skills to address complex problems, designs and tests solutions, and resolves customer issues, including hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: only required to team work.
  • Product Development & Evolution: Plans technical requirements, develops controlled software/hardware releases, and defines product evolutions through documentation and change management.
  • Knowledge Retention & Training: Maintains technical expertise for assigned products, provides training to lower-tier support teams, and ensures quality standards are upheld.
  • Customer Focus & Emergency Handling: Resolves customer complaints, applies SW Care processes for emergency cases, and contributes to rapid problem restoration.
