  • Partner cross-functionally with IT Security, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure all tools meet high standards for privacy, traceability, and global security.
  • Own the operational lifecycle of your tools, from initial design docs to debugging production issues and handling high-stakes escalations.
  • Champion engineering best practices like code health and documentation, ensuring your solutions are maintainable even as internal platforms evolve.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development or IT automation roles in an enterprise setting.
  • Consistently writes high-quality code to solve features of moderate complexity with multiple dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in enterprise-scale administration and automation frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and LLM frameworks such as LangChain or RAG-based architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to deliver features.
