What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be at the core of driving customer success across our flagship MEP Estimating products, directly empowering mechanical and electrical professionals to optimize their workflows through advanced technical support and AI-powered tools.   

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary support liaison to assist customers with software setup, configuration, implementation, and overall usage across AutoBid, Accubid, and Estimation Desktop.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues dynamically via telephone, email, live chat, and web-based support channels.

• Translate complex technical concepts clearly to empower diverse end users ranging from advanced IT specialists to core software users.

• Partner collaboratively across support, development, and product teams to continuously improve application quality and customer experience.   

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven critical thinking and troubleshooting skills with standard computer systems and logic-driven issue resolution.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced or time-critical environments.

• Adept at navigating and utilizing AI-powered support tools such as chatbots and virtual assistants.   

Bonus Points For:

• Construction industry experience specific to Electrical and Mechanical trades.

• 1-3 years of experience in technical customer support or call center environments.

• Hands-on familiarity with Accubid software products.

Location: Knoxville, TN; Westminster, CO; Lake Oswego, OR; other Trimble offices may be considered

On-site (4 days in office / 1 day remote), M-F Business Hours

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
