Description and Requirements

• 负责Java后端服务的设计、开发与优化，参与系统架构演进，确保高可用、高性能和可扩展性； 

• 主导关键模块的技术选型、技术难点攻关，编写高质量代码并推动团队代码规范落地； 

• 根据业务需求，制定合理的技术方案，评估技术风险与可行性，并推动落地实施； 

• 主导代码审查（Code Review），确保代码符合设计规范，提升团队整体代码质量； 

• 指导初级/中级开发工程师，分享技术经验，推动团队技术能力提升； 

• 参与技术文档编写（如设计文档、接口文档），沉淀技术资产； 

• 关注行业技术趋势，研究新技术（如云原生、AI工程化、低代码等）在业务场景中的落地可能性； 

• 推动技术中台建设，提升研发效率（如自动化工具、DevOps流程优化）。
