What you’ll do
- Create shots and scenes for animated and cinematic AI-driven productions using generative video tools
- Bring characters to life through acting, emotion, timing, and body language
- Keep characters on model and fix what breaks: unnatural motion, inconsistencies, timing issues
- Combine AI generation with traditional animation and compositing where needed
- Take notes from the creative director and turn them around fast
- Help define new AI-native animation workflows
What we’re looking for
- Professional experience in animation (2D or 3D). A strong showreel matters more than your CV
- Solid grasp of animation principles: timing, spacing, weight, arcs, acting, and appeal
- Understanding of anatomy and physical motion, with a trained eye for what feels right and what feels off
- Experience with 2D or 3D animation software
- Drawing, editing, or compositing skills are a plus
- Experience with AI video tools is a plus. Openness matters more than expertise
