Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

负责 Android 平台音频、视频相关功能的开发与优化，包括录音、播放、编解码、音视频同步等。

深入理解并调试 Android 系统的 Audio/Video Framework，解决音视频相关的性能与兼容性问题。

负责android平台音频通路优化、debug等。

与跨部门团队合作，支持产品在不同硬件平台上的音视频功能验证与问题定位。

编写和维护相关技术文档，确保代码质量与可维护性。

了解蓝牙相关codec

岗位要求/Job Requirements:

熟悉 Android 系统架构，掌握 AudioRecord、AudioTrack、MediaCodec、Camera、Surface 等相关 API。

有音视频开发经验，熟悉常见音视频编解码格式（AAC、MP3、H.264、H.265 等）。

熟悉音视频传输协议（RTP/RTSP、WebRTC 等）者优先。

精通编程语言：Java、Kotlin、C++、C，具备 JNI 开发经验。

了解常见音视频处理算法（AEC、NS、AGC 等），有实际项目经验者优先。

具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能独立定位和解决复杂的系统问题。

英文读写能力良好，能阅读和理解技术文档。

加分项

有 Android HAL 层开发经验。

有多媒体框架（FFmpeg、OpenSL ES、OpenMAX）的使用经验。

有跨平台音视频开发经验（如 iOS、Linux）。

有实际项目中优化音视频性能的成功案例。
