About the Role
You will lead enterprise transformation initiatives that drive business performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth. In this role, you will provide executive-level advisory support, translating complex financial, operational, and market insights into actionable strategies. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs, manage risk, and enable sustainable organizational change. Success is measured through strategic outcomes, business value realization, governance excellence, and enterprise adoption of transformational initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
• Define and execute transformation strategies aligned to organizational goals and long-term business priorities.- Conduct complex financial, operational, market, and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Advise senior executives on transformation opportunities, business performance, and enterprise risks.
- Lead large-scale strategic initiatives from concept through implementation and value realization.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges and evolving market demands.
- Establish governance frameworks, controls, and risk management practices across transformation programs.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and business leaders to drive execution.
- Influence organizational change through thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication.
- Monitor program performance, measure outcomes, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
- Mentor leaders and teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, skills, and professional experience.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation, strategic planning, management consulting, or business strategy initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in financial analysis, business case development, and executive decision support.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs in large, matrixed organizations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integration activities, or business transformation programs.
- Knowledge of pricing strategy, operating model design, and process optimization methodologies.
- Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or capital markets environments.
- Professional certification in strategy, project management, transformation, risk, or change management.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and business performance management frameworks.
