Job Description

What you will be doing:

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end transition and transformation programs from initiation through stabilization.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Product, Client Management, Compliance, and Vendor organizations.
  • Ensure successful execution against committed deliverables, timelines, and business objectives.

Transition Management

  • Develop detailed transition strategies, implementation plans, and readiness frameworks.
  • Drive knowledge transfer, operating model design, process migration, and organizational change activities.
  • Manage transition governance, issue resolution, escalation management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee go-live planning, hypercare support, and stabilization activities

Transformation Delivery

  • Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, standardization, automation, and client value.
  • Identify opportunities for operational optimization and technology enablement.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs and ensure realization of business benefits.
  • Governance & Executive Communication

    • Establish program governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting.
    • Present status updates, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior leadership and client executives.
    • Prepare executive-level dashboards, milestone tracking, and business readiness reports.

What you bring:

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-12+ years of project, program, transition, or transformation management experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies, governance, and change management.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing global and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, AI Certification
  • Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, BPO, or Technology industry experience.
  • Experience with large-scale client conversions, migrations, or outsourcing transitions.
