About the role
· The Analyst Senior, Go-To-Market Strategy significantly contributes to the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products, features, and market entries.
· Shapes the direction and success of our cutting-edge financial technology solutions.
· Collaborates with sales, marketing and commercial teams to orchestrate smooth running go-to-market initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
- The Analyst Senior, Go-to-Market Strategy assesses the market landscape and competition, guiding the development of innovative go-to-market strategies for new organizational products and features.
- Defines the direction and success metrics for cutting-edge financial technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Helps to implement and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring a cohesive and impactful market entry strategy.
- Develops complex and comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support the successful execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Guiding the orchestration of go to market initiatives, driving effective communication of product benefits and features to target audiences. Ensures the integration of cross-functional efforts, developing processes that guide the alignment of product development cycles with marketing strategies.
What you bring
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant go-to-market strategy and program management experience and capabilities
- A strong understanding of the end to end go-to-market process
- Experience working closely with product marketing and coordinating across cross functional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in stakeholder management, conflict management and resolution
