Description and Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Learning & Development Analyst to support Learning & Development initiatives across Brazil while contributing to key regional programs throughout Latin America. This role will be responsible for learning operations, program coordination, content development, learning analytics, compliance training, and employee development initiatives. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, the successful candidate will help deliver impactful learning experiences, enable business growth, and drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end learning operations, including learning platforms, training calendars, participant management, certifications, compliance tracking, and program administration.
- Support the execution of regional and global learning initiatives, including Sales Enablement, Leadership Development, onboarding, and corporate capability-building programs.
- Design, develop, localize, and maintain training materials, learning content, facilitator guides, and employee development resources.
- Create and execute communication campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and participation in learning programs.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and learning analytics to measure participation, effectiveness, compliance, and program impact.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement through automation, AI tools, Power Automate, Copilot, and digital learning technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience managing and delivering corporate learning programs in a multinational environment.
- Advanced to Fluent English, with the ability to facilitate training sessions and partner with global stakeholders.
- Strong project management, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting learning initiatives across multiple countries in Latin America.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
- Experience with leadership development, capability-building, and employee engagement programs.
- Certification in Instructional Design, Facilitation, Coaching, or Organizational Development.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
