Description and Requirements

Principais Responsabilidades

• Apoiar a introdução de novos produtos (New Product Introduction – NPI), participando da implementação e validação de planos de testes conforme requisitos técnicos, de qualidade e manufatura.
• Monitorar, manter e atualizar sistemas e infraestrutura de testes, incluindo servidores, redes, switches, fibras ópticas e estações de teste.
• Apoiar a identificação e solução de falhas em sistemas e equipamentos de teste, contribuindo com análises de causa raiz e ações corretivas.
• Apoiar a implementação e sustentação de ferramentas e soluções definidas pelo time global de Engenharia de Testes (Worldwide Test Engineering – WWTE).
• Participar de iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação, transformação digital e redução de indisponibilidade dos equipamentos e sistemas de teste.
• Elaborar e atualizar documentação técnica, procedimentos, registros, ferramentas e scripts, atuando em parceria com Engenharia, Qualidade, Tecnologia da Informação (TI), Produção e fornecedores.

Qualificações Obrigatórias

• Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Software, Telecomunicações, Computação ou áreas correlatas.
• Conhecimento em arquitetura de hardware de computadores, incluindo tecnologias Intel e AMD, servidores e sistemas relacionados.
• Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux, ambientes de servidores e virtualização.
• Conhecimento em topologia e infraestrutura de redes, incluindo switches, servidores, cabeamento estruturado e conceitos de segurança de rede.
• Conhecimento em programação e automação utilizando linguagens e tecnologias como C++, Python, Structured Query Language (SQL) e Shell Script.
• Inglês em nível intermediário para comunicação e utilização no ambiente de trabalho.

Qualificações Desejáveis

• Especialização ou formação complementar em áreas relacionadas à Engenharia, Tecnologia ou Testes.
• Conhecimento em Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI), sistemas de servidores Windows/Linux e ambientes de virtualização.
• Conhecimento em metodologias Lean Six Sigma, incluindo conceitos de Yellow Belt ou Green Belt.
• Familiaridade com análise de causa raiz, melhoria contínua e resolução estruturada de problemas.
• Interesse ou conhecimento em automação de processos e iniciativas de transformação digital.
• Familiaridade com indicadores-chave de desempenho (Key Performance Indicators – KPIs) e acompanhamento de melhorias em ambientes de manufatura.
