Description and Requirements

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor Marketing budget activities, including budget utilization, reconciliations, forecasting support, financial closing, and identification of risks or deviations.
  • Support operational purchasing and payment processes, including Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, supporting documentation, and follow-up with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Support Marketing governance and compliance by reviewing documentation, maintaining appropriate controls and audit trails, and ensuring activities follow internal policies and processes.
  • Manage operational processes related to alliance and co-marketing funds, including plan approvals, fund utilization, Proof of Execution (POE), supporting evidence, and reimbursement requirements with internal teams and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor budget, operational performance, compliance, and other relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities through process mapping, standardization, documentation, and automation, partnering with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Alliance, and other stakeholders.

Must Have 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in budget control, financial operations, controllership, business operations, procurement operations, or other process-oriented functions.
  • Advanced English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal interactions with global teams and external partners.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on knowledge of Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify risks, and support effective decision-making.
  • Strong organization and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes, priorities, and documentation in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have 

  • Experience supporting Marketing Operations, Marketing budget management, alliance funding, or co-marketing processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Anaplan, or similar procurement, financial, or budget management platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, or experience supporting process automation initiatives.
  • Experience with governance, audit, compliance, or financial control processes.
  • Experience working with Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), invoice management, and supplier documentation.
