AI Workforce Reinvention Architect
Microsoft Frontier Company is redefining how enterprises transform — bringing agentic AI, cloud-scale computing, data, simulation, and human expertise together so customers turn ambition into measurable business impact. As customers look to reinvent how work gets done — redesigning business processes, operating models, and human-agent ways of working across industries and functions — they need more than a platform. They need experts who can understand their business outcomes, reinvent new ways of working, and enable their employees to adopt that change at speed.
The AI Workforce Reinvention Architect will be the expert on the ground with customers developing the new ways of working, deploying agents and AI to enable and reinforce those patterns, and empower customers to own the behavioral transformation as they evolve from AI experimentation to AI-native operations. In this role, you will own the end-to-end operations reinvention with the end results being a continuous, always-on cycle rather than a one-off program. You will embed AI-first ways of working into culture, processes, and performance systems, working directly with business, technology and HR leaders, along with Microsoft account teams, industry specialists, and engineers.
This is a role for people who do the higher-judgment human work that technology can inform but not perform. You will help customer reimage how people and agents work together – while shaping repeatable patterns specific to industries and functions. If you’re energized by making change stick rather than launching programs that fade, this role is for you.
In this role you bring a unique blend of technical, industry, and change management expertise. Your edge is translating a customer’s business outcomes into a tangible operating model, powered by agents, with a clear path for adoption. Customers feel confident investing in frontier transformation because they see a viable plan for their teams to transform in parallel.
