In This Global Future Leader Role, You will act as an AI Transformation Specialist

Role Overview
The AI Transformation Specialist is an early-career role focused on helping identify, organize, and advance AI and digital transformation use cases across GICS (Global Information Services & Chief Information Office) (GIS/CIO), IT teams. You will support business and transformation stakeholders in moving AI ideas from concept to pilots and adoption, while promoting AI awareness, capability building, and responsible AI practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the identification, collection, and initial prioritization of AI and digital transformation use cases across GICS teams, with guidance from business and transformation stakeholders.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand current process pain points, capture improvement opportunities, and document AI use case ideas, expected benefits, and basic success measures.
  • Help coordinate AI transformation activities such as workshops, planning discussions, community sharing sessions, and follow-up actions to support progress from ideas to pilots and adoption.
  • Track progress of AI initiatives, including status updates, adoption indicators, stakeholder input, risks, dependencies, and lessons learned, and help prepare regular updates for HR, business, and transformation leadership.
  • Support the preparation of AI adoption materials such as use case summaries, simple playbooks, training content, communication drafts, best practice examples, and success stories to increase AI awareness and practical usage.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data, Security, HR, and relevant business teams to learn and apply internal policies, data governance expectations, and responsible AI practices when supporting AI initiatives.
  • Help build and maintain visibility of AI capabilities, AI pioneers, transformation opportunities, and adoption maturity across ISS by collecting information and supporting leadership reporting.
  • Act as an AI enthusiast within GICS by exploring emerging AI opportunities, sharing learnings, and supporting teams in testing new ways to improve business outcomes through AI-enabled solutions.
  • Develop “quick win” AI applications for proofs-of-concept.
  • Support capability building and AI upskilling activities across the organization by promoting awareness, knowledge sharing, training initiatives, and adoption of AI best practices.

Job Requirements: Must Have

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong interest in AI, digital transformation, business operations, HR transformation, process improvement, or related areas.
  • Foundational knowledge of AI, Generative AI, automation technologies, or digital tools, with willingness to build practical experience in AI-enabled business transformation.
  • Experience building AI applications.
  • Strong curiosity, learning agility, analytical thinking, and openness to challenge conventional approaches with innovative and data-informed ideas.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders, gather input, structure information clearly, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Ability to understand business processes, identify basic improvement opportunities, and document business needs in a structured and clear way.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage assigned tasks, deadlines, updates, and priorities with guidance.

Nice to Have

  • Basic experience or strong willingness to learn Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms, Power Automate, or other productivity and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to AI adoption, change management, community building, training, workshops, digital upskilling initiatives, or student/project work in related areas.
  • Basic awareness of responsible AI principles, data privacy, governance, security considerations, and appropriate use of business data.
  • Ability to prepare clear summaries, simple dashboards, progress reports, and business updates with support from more experienced team members.
  • Interest in working in a global, matrixed environment with cross-regional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Interest in identifying, piloting, or supporting AI use cases that can improve productivity, efficiency, or employee experience.
  • University coursework, internship, thesis, project work, or early professional exposure related to transformation, organizational change, innovation, AI, analytics, or digital tools.
