Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. AI Architecture Strategy & Governance

• 制定企业级 AI 技术架构和演进路线图。
• 设计 Agent、Skill、Workflow、MCP 等核心架构体系。
• 建立 AI 技术标准、安全规范和治理框架。
• 推动 AI 平台能力在多个业务领域复用。

2. Agent Platform Architecture Design

• 设计并建设 Agent Runtime、Agent Orchestrator 及多 Agent 协同架构。
• 推动 Agent 与 ERP、自开发系统及第三方平台集成。
• 设计人机协同（Human-in-the-Loop）闭环执行模式。
• 建立 Agent 生命周期管理机制。

3. AI Application & Solution Design

• 主导复杂业务场景 AI 方案设计。
• 将业务需求转化为可落地的 Agent 和 Skill 能力。
• 负责 AI 产品架构评审和技术决策。
• 推动 AI Native 产品创新及规模化应用。

4. AI Technology Innovation

• 研究 Agent、LLM、RAG、多智能体等前沿技术。
• 推动新技术 PoC 和技术验证。
• 输出最佳实践和技术资产。
• 培养 AI 架构与工程能力，推动团队转型升级。

Job Requirements

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能相关专业。
• 5年以上企业应用架构设计经验。
• 3年以上 AI、大模型或智能体相关实践经验。
• 熟悉企业级应用架构和系统集成设计。

Preferred Qualifications

• 熟悉 Agent Framework（LangGraph、Semantic Kernel 等）。
• 熟悉 RAG、Embedding、Vector DB、MCP 等技术。
• 熟悉 SAP、ERP、自开发系统架构。
• 具备大型企业数字化转型经验。
• 具备全球团队协作经验。
